Taught 8 Adult Life Skills Course to over 50 Adults throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
Launched our Adult Life Skills 411 Webinar Series where we have had 8 sessions reaching over 100 adults nation-wide.
Participated in the El Cerrito High School celebration event for Martin Luther King’s birthday: over 300 people were in attendance
Spoke to over 50 middle school students at the Hercules Teen Center, promoting our life skills message
Hosted an Awards Gala in recognition of the 27 Youth that participated in our 2008 You Are A CEO Success Development Program: Over 500 people were in attendance
Spoke and taught some of our curriculum to the entire student body at Hercules Middle-High School

Hosted our first annual “It Takes You” Benefit Dinner – over 400 community supporters were in attendance
Secured a long-term partnership with another not-for-profit to run their youth program and launched our lifeskills 411™ foundation program for school-aged students, young adults, and parents
Participated in (celebrity) Nick Cannon’s “Stop the Hating Campaign” here in the San Francisco Bay Area where we spoke to thousands of youth in Richmond and San Francisco about stopping the hate and violence, and obtaining the necessary life skills to manage their lives
Created and produced a 20 minute documentary of the “Stop the Hating Campaign” Event
Partnered and Participated with the City of Oakland, Oakland Unified School District, and Oakland Natives Giving Back in the Attendance and Achievement Back-to-School Community Event
Created our new You Are A CEO Success Development Program
Held a pilot program of 27 Youth that completed the You Are A CEO Success Development Program
Partnered with Jamba Juice to host a Community Awareness Event in San Leandro
Taught 27 Adult Life Skills Courses reaching over 50 Adults throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area
Continued the “Skills for Life” Tour throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
Completed the pilot program at Freedom High School
Twice we presented lifeskills 411™ curriculum to Crocker Elementary School
Completed our first lifeskills 411™ Academy where:
80 students throughout the San Francisco Bay Area signed up for the program
67 students completed the program – 83% completion rate
100% of our high school seniors graduated on time
4 out of 7 of our high school seniors are currently in college and the other 3 have gainful employment
8 of our high school students have received internships with several of our corporate sponsors
1 of our Post-Secondary students started her own business
20 students have been selected to participate in our Youth Leadership Program – learning to become leaders in their community
Hosted an Awards Gala recognizing the 67 students that completed our academy – 400 community supports were in attendance
Hosted a our “It Takes You” Luncheon to garner support from the community to support the lifeskills 411™ movement – over 300 community supporters were in attendance
Taught 20 Adult Life Skills Courses reaching over 50 Adults throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area
Produced “Only Believe,” a documentary of the life of Michael E. Parker, Founder and Chairman of lifeskills 411™
Launched our “Skills for Life” Tour throughout the San Francisco Bay Area – including the “We’ve Had Enough Event”where lifeskills 411™ received Best Event in Solano County: over 700 community supporters were in attendance.
Launched a pilot program at Freedom High School for “at risk” youth who attended Saturday School
Launched our first public lifeskills 411™ Academy for youth in grade 6 through the age of 25
