Chelda Ruff, Early Childhood Specialist, Teacher, and Math and Science Professional with over 34 years in the field of education

Ms. Ruff has worked for the Fairfield, West Contra Costa, Travis, and Woodland School Districts. She has also worked for Dickinson Warren Business College. She has worked at all levels of education including classroom instruction, curriculum design, administration, and teacher education. She recently established an Algebra Academy in the Solano County area, is currently designing a program for recreational learning, and writing a series of “how to” books on Differentiated Instruction and Brain-Based Learning. She has been honored for teaching excellence with a Teacher of the Year Award and is a multiple Collea Teacher Achievement Award Grant Recipient. She holds a K-12 Multiple Subject Credential and she is a Math and Computer Specialist. Ms. Ruff’s educational background includes a BS in Social Welfare with a Specialization in Mathematics and Computers, Masters in Curriculum, Masters in Mathematics Education, and a Masters in Educational Administration.
