Welcome to lifeskills 411™ where we teach youth skills that will help them be successful in the job of life. Life is a full time job and requires effort and preparation to succeed. Our goal is to help youth learn and develop the necessary skills that will make this road much traveled, easier to navigate.

"Don't stand on the sideline of the non-committed...join the team"  Founded in 1999 by Michael Parker, President and CEO of Stellar Enterprise, lifeskills 411™ offers programs for youth and young adults in junior high school through college. These programs address real-life issues such as self-discipline, personal awareness, financial responsibility and effective communication, and so much more. We help youth develop these skills so they can be successful in life.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The lifeskills 411™ Organization focuses on the values and needs of the students. At the core of our organization is Mr. Parker's ground breaking philosophy of Value-Centered Management. Through this fundamental philosophy we provide a Value-Centered Educational experience for each individual that participates in our program, where all of our work activities are based around what the students value.
VALUE-CENTERED EDUCATION
We have come to realize that at the heart of a Value-Centered Education are the students themselves. We believe that the main focus of each student should be their education while developing a positive point-of-view where their education is concerned. This being the case, we believe that each one of our students value a positive educational experience.
